We use both Australia Post and private couriers to deliver your order.

Current Delivery Fees are:
Ground shipping within Australia : FREE for all Credit Card and Pay Pal users, account customers will be charged freight as per previous orders.
Air shipping within Australia : Contact us first as freight will need to be calculated
International Shipping : Contact us first as freight will need to be calculated

We aim to ship your order, once payment has been received, within 3-5 working days. Please note that it is the customer's responsibility to provide an accurate and appropriate address. If you are likely to be out at the time of delivery, try to make a safe alternative arrangement (e.g. with a neighbour or workplace).

Returns

In the event that your item is faulty on arrival please call us immediately. In the event that the item is faulty and requires to be sent back to us items must be sent back to us packaged as it was sent. No returns/refunds on custom made products. Refunds are at our discretion.
